Dear All,

I'm going to make a power electronics multilevel inverter (DC --> AC inverter) based micro controller (PIC), and I'm a beginner in micro controller design and programming.
Please if there is anyone can help me to understand it well and how to choose the best micro-controller to do the switching control and firing for thyristors.

Thanks in advance
Ahmed

How many volts? 220? How many amps? Are you trying build a UPS?

Dear blueroomelectronics,

You can say that i want to build a UPS for a final year engineering project, about volts I want to invert 24 Vdc from batteries to 110 Vac and 220 Vac and a range between them if it could be possible.
about amperes, you can say i just want a value like i can draw from home electric lines.

I hope it might help to help me.
Thanks
