problem with ic xr2211

hi
i used a xr2211 ic for DFSK application. there is a delay time between input and output of ic at least about 1 ms. so for baud rates higher than 500 pbs the result is not correct.
is there any one can help me?
 

Sounds like you did not calculate appropriate filter capacitor values for the intended baud rate as described in the data sheet?
