Problem with getting PWM using UC3825

Hi guys,

I have a problem trying to get the PWM working...
Attached is my schematic.
I trying to use this IC to do SPWM.
therefore, i try to use Function generater of sine 50Hz to the input.
However, I could not get anything from the output.

can someone help me?
