Problem with DAC121S101

Hi all,
I have a problem with my DAC121S101. When I prob using scope, I can see the waveform accordingly at Din, sync and CLK pin.
But there are no output voltage at the DAC. The program is correctly written.

Please refer attached file for DAC arrangements on PCB. The DACs are on the right side of the PCB, from U31 until U92.
