problem with CD drive

Hai all

I have a problem with my windows 7 machine , problem is that CD drive is accessible from built in administrator only , Cannot access cd drive contents from user or admin privileged user . What is the problem here ? please help me

hi,

Try to restore the security settings in User accounts option. For that you need to know the admin password.

or if you dont have password, Try to reinstall the os and in the installing procedure skip the option for password managing of admin.
