Problem with adding .tf files to the tech file to generate contacts automatically

hi,

i am trying to add syEnhcontact.tf file to the tech file to generate contacts automatically, is this the only way or any other thing is missing as yet i am not getting the contacts automatically, any idea yyyyyyyyyy????????
