problem on MATLAB installation

I have to going install matlab in win7 32 bit, but i havee a error while installing control system toolbox "invalid entry size (expected 4715 but got 2670735 bytes) " the problem is about 20%,then what is this please help me about it

Check if your installer is also 32bit. Maybe that's the issue.

check ur setup may be corrupted or ur installer may not be supporting the s/w..
