[SOLVED] Problem in VHDL (Max Plus ||)

Hello all, i'm new here and i have a question, i wish you can help me ;
i've just written a vhdl code for a microprocessor design
when trying to compile it,,, it says
"project does not fit in specified devices(s)"

when pressing "yes" the program freezes and a not responding state appears
i think the code has no syntax errors
attatched below all files for the project
the problem is on (dp.vhd) file
any help will be highly appreciated you will help me doing my project
please notice i'm not familiar with any other programs like quartus or others
i make it on Max Plus ||
i hope you can help me

Hi,

"Doesn't fit" mean your design is to big for the selected device. Try to select a bigger device to see if it compiles fine....

i tried that but the program (max plus) freezes and send a not responding message

I know that doesn't asnwer your question but you should definitely move to Quartus....

Max plus 2 is about 10 years old.
Quartus is the up to date software.

MAX+PLUS II VHDL implementation is known to have many problems. It can still work for simple designs, but a microprocessor is probably beyond it's capabilities. Quartus operation is even more intuitive than MAX+PLUS II in my opinion. An option to convert existing MAX+PLUS II projects had been available up to Quartus V9.
