Problem continously detecting PCIe card (4DSP)

Dear all

I have installed 4DSP card with PCIe connection. The problem is now arising is that it is not always detecting the Card.
So to let the card detected I restart / shutdown many times, even then it does not work, so I have to uninstall it and reinstall...

since I am designing an algorithm with this I cannot do this for the final product, so I am worries what actually is going wrong with this
thing...

Please some one share your idea what can go wrong

Note it is 8x card
