Hi,

what are the safety precautions of hardware storeroom where electronic and electrical components are stored?

Thanks in advance.

Are you referring to physical safety for people or ESD and corrosion protection for parts?

Bolt the storage cabinets, shelving, etc. to the floors and walls so they can't fall over in an earthquake or tip over when multiple drawers are opened inadvertently. Make sure you have a fire safe cabinet for any solvents or other flammable liquids or gases. Be sure you have an eye wash station, fire extinguisher and first aid kit. Create an ESD safe zone for sensitive components by grounding the cabinet they're in and installing wrist straps and a supply of ESD bags and ESD foam.
