I designed an RF power amplifier using CGH40010F transistor on RT6006(0.8mm thickness substrate)
I want to know the dos and don'ts during the amplifier measurement.

If your interests include repeatability then develop good bench
hygiene, like making sure connectors are tightened to spec every
time.

Find yourself one commercial, similar, well-available part that you
can swap in to validate proper operation, stimuli and measurement.
If you can't emulate well characterized curves then you know where
to look (part, instruments or connections).

Follow the "Biasing Instructions" of Woldspeed. The most important point in RF power Measurements.
