linear model

Hello,
I'm starting a design with the power transistor FLU17XM. Eudyna just give me the parameters S. Someone knows how to create a linear model based on these parameters?.

Insert this in you HB simulator as a data file and at this level, you can simulate and optimize your circuit (amplifer)

He just wants a linear model, I am not sure that HB simulator is required, small signal simulation is sufficient.
