You can use a simple stepdown or buck converter.
Or if it needs to be isolated a transformer coupled converter.
For more efficiency search for Zero-resonant technics.
 

The Book "Practical Switching Power Supply Design by martin brown" is more practical read it before designing, if u r not already have much knowledge. Following note is also a useful reading. Good Luck
