Hello,

I need to design a power on reset for a flash memory controller. Can anybody give suggestions and material on power on reset circuit design.

I need to use 0.18 smic technology

Thanks

Power on reset

the simplest method is to use a RC delay + an inverter to design POR circuit, and you can search on google for how to design the power on reset.

if you need more time, you can also used a timer to assign enough time for POR.

Re: Power on reset

Hi,
You can get some notes on POR in this IEEE paper

Thanks
