Power Gating & Power Isolation

Hi All,

Could someone refer to good materials regarding the Power Isolation topic?

Should all the Inputs and Outputs of the block with Power Gate be gated as well? Should these gates be instantiated in the RTL or the tool (which one?) insert them?
