i m a pg scholar.i m doing power factor correction using boost rectifier.my base paper is design of clamped current high power factor boost rectifier by dragon maskimovic.the main disadvantage of this paper is the design is not suitable for universal input voltage range applications.so i have to design a circuit to overcome the disadvantage with same output power, input voltage and output voltage.

What is your question? What help do you need?

how to select inductor and capacitor values for varying input voltage

That would depend upon the exact topology you choose and range of operation etc. I would suggest reading some application note on power factor correction controller application note.
here is one link you may find useful **broken link removed**
I would also suggest this application note to begin with **broken link removed**
