Hi all,

How to do power consumption calculation for NAND flash

I am usign micron MT29F8G08ABACAWP

Hi,

Did you read the datasheet? What does it say?

Hi Klaus,

It only specifies dc currents for Sequential READ, Program and Erase.

Apart from that it also has Leakage currents for input and output.

Now whether DC currents are for entire chip is not specified.

It also specifies Staggered power up current 10mA per die.
