hello..

how to design the power amp with low power consumption?

power consumption depend on what?

Hi,

You need to give more details about the spec your design has to meet (Gain, P1dB,IIP3, efficiency...). Without any spec, it is hard to help you.
The efficiency depends on the class of operation of the PA (quiescent current). But, there is a trade-off between linearity and efficiency.

RFCMOS.

Before anything else the power consumption of the PA depends by the output power. Always more output power means more DC current consumption.
Second, depends by power class and by the efficiency.

Hi there,
So you want to design a power amplifier with low power consumption?
Here is the good news my friend: we all have the same problem :D

If you want to improve the efficiency, you can use doherty tech
But improve efficiency will lead to the degressive of linearity.
