I am doing a project .For this project I need a power amplifier which will work at about 1Mhz.Can anyone please suggest me schematic of a power amplifier?
 

hi,

we have wide range of power amplifiers class A to classH as per my knowledge.
first can you what is the application of your project and power spec limit in your project?
based on that we can decide which topology will be optimum...

i hope you will come up with the above.
