I want to design a wideband Power Amplifier 2-12 GHz, Is it possible with IC CGHV1F025S AND How will I design the input and output matching?

It's theoritically possible but this transistor has been developed/optimized especially X Band.
I don't know the power range of this PA but this very wideband amplifier cannot be classical A-Class amplifier. Distributed configuration is generally used for very wideband power amplifiers.Cascode configuration is also an option but limited features.
If there is no constraint to use discrete component, I'd prefer to use an integrated solution because realizing this kind of amplifier is really tough task.
