[AVR] pony prog serial programmer atmega32

[ANS HAFEEZ]

SALAM
i am using serial programmer for ATMEGA32 through usb to serial converter cable
it some times give this error
unable to probe, bad device or device is locked (-25)

or

wrong device selected (-23)

or

missing or unknown device (-24)

and ponyprog give only SI prog API option
while no port for SI prog I/O

any solution ????????:-?
