Hi,

Anybody working in the Spectre RF Pnoise analysis?? Actually the port instance of the Analysis is giving a i/p which is double of the acual specifeid amplitude. Is it having any consequence on the calculate Noise Figure through Pnoise analysis?? My circuit which is a Subharmonic pumped Down conversion circuit is giving about a 20dB of the NF which is double than the expected? an naybody help me in this regard.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Be careful about the SSB (single side band) and DSB (double side band). There are exactly 3dB apart. Verify which one you are calculating.
