pmos as an active load

Hi..can someone help with as to why pmos is preferred to be used as an active load than an nmos??

Because the pmos can be easily tied to the positive rail supply so it would be simpler to make a current source in drain or collector path via that in order to reflect ro into that section to make a pretty high impedance .
