ERROR [NET0077] Pin 3Out in template not found on U1

can you descirbe it more specific inlucidng the tool you use and also probably the HDL code..

If you click on part, there would be PIN list in property editor againt property "PSPICETEMPLATE". See if this pin "3Out" is there and not present on part.

You can attach design for better resolution.
