Once u have drawn and simulated the structure in ADS layout, go to Momentum then Post Processing Radiation and then Radiation Pattern. Choose 3D visualization. Click OK. The Momentum Visualization window pops up with the radiation pattern. There is a Far field tab in the Momentum Visualization window. Click on the Antenna Parameters button to get the gain and other parameters.
