i am connecting a circuit by using which we can turn on or off any equipment by using remote.
In connecting that am facing problem about where to connect those pins.My relay has 5 pins, one side 3 pins and another side 2 pins.please tell me which pin is used for what and where they are connected.
It's number is JQC-3Fc(T73)DC12v.
Please help some one.
in your schematic there is only one diode and it is connected across the input coil ends coil1 and coil2 so if you mean that you have connected N/O and N/C instead of the coil then it is wrong
No the middle of the three pins is the center of the switch, in your schematic it is connected to the output bulb.
Note that the output of your relay (at least as shown in the schematic) is connected to the mains (220v) so be very careful, don't touch it while it is powered.
I would suggest you try the circuit either with a small low voltage lamp or with a led and a low voltage source until it is tested to work properly, then if you want you can use a mains bulb.
Yes your bulb is connected between the center pin of the switch and N/O , N/C is left open.
The transistor drives the relay control coil (coil1 and coil2 pins)
I don't see the problem.
i am still in confusion as i was before posting my first post .i take from the notch which is there on the top of relay
(notch rectangular in shape),to the left of it two pins,to the right it two pins and exactly below the notch one pin is there. Please tell me in that way which pin connected where.
the datasheet and my attachment in post #7 show the pins viewed from the bottom side.
Turn the relay upside down so that you are facing the pins not the plastic cover side, then it is easy to figure the pins since one side has three and the other side two.
