can some one tell me why these six transistors were added?

Your picture is too difficult to read.
I advise you send again with more clear picture.

you can read some papers of IEEE

Are you sure that this is correct?

Where is the node that's feedback to the amp?

as far as i understood this is a switched capacitor CMFB circuit, but it is very hard to read the schematic so try to send a better schematic

This is in fact a switched capacitor CMFB Circuit. I think that the switches are added so that you intially charge your circuit to VREF. In one phase, the sampling capacitor charges to VREF and in the other phase to the VOUTP/VOUTM. Then the difference is summed to give rise to the common mode correction voltage.

Refer to an IEEE paper titled "Analysis of Switched-Capacitor Common Mode Feedback Circuit" for good insight.

I see you post many IEEE papers in board of IEEE Papers, Study Papers.
Are you sure the circuit's function right.?
