hfss mesh generation has failed

Modeler>Model Analysis>Show Analysis Dialog>Last Simulation Mesh. (3:09 24, 2007)

Probably there are meshing problems.
You may remove these problems using Model Analysis.

Select 3D Modeler> Model Analysis

I think your problem might have two resons: 1. there's no enough space on your disk(when your meshes are so high) 2. when your structure is so big and your mesh isn't suitable for it

I agree ; I have been facing this issue on meshing because of the structure was too much big. May be it is a good idea to use some symetry planes that can reduce meshing volume.

I also think my design is too large.
