Hi ALL,


Can anyone explain to me this term -- "overdrive in a transistor" ?

I read some text that using this term related with layout matching issue but I can treally understand what is it.

Re: overdrive

Overdrive = VGS-VT with VGS = Gate-Source voltage, VT = threshold voltage.
