PID configuration in S7-PLCs

I intend to define a PID controller with FB41.
I would greatly appreciate if someone could help me about following issues?

1- how to link the OB3x to the block of PId controller?
2- how to define the cycle time in OB3x?

I would be thankful If one could give an examole about the above mentioned points.

1. By calling the FB from OB35
2. In CPU hardware setup. If you are using a S7-300, just keep the default auf 100 ms.

Do you mean that I put the FB41 in OB35?
I have an application program,If I attach it, would you please help me to fix it?
In its realted Db, the initial value is Manual mode,but it will go to Auto mode,I want to find out the parameter that makes it Auto.
I do appreciate your concern and advice.
