Adds support for PIC16C557, 16F627A, 628A, 630, 648A, 676, 818, 819, 18F1220, 1320, 2220, 2320, 4220 and
4320.
Adds HSERIN2 and HSEROUT2.
Eliminates warnings for PULSIN_MAX and some registers.
Fixes ADCIN resetting VREF on some devices.
Fixes some bank preference selections for 18Fxxxx.
Fixes USBIN and USBOUT to work with variable length.
Changes PICStic 5 support.
