Hi,

I need help on PIC32MX795F512L. How many Digital IO does it has?

thanks in advance.

The question can be easily answered by counting the Rxx respecitively PORTxx pins in the pinout table, data sheet page 36 to 38.

I count 81 I/O and 2 input only pins. Please consider that PIC32MX has effectively no pins except for power supply and very few other dedicated pins that don't have a GPIO function. So many possibly required functions like crystal oscillator or incircuit programming/debugging interface reduce the available GPIO pool.

There is also a rarely used thing called a data sheet that will tell you, (Table 3) that the device is available in TQFP and TFBGA, and then looking the "Packages" table on page 1 it shows that these combinations have up to 83 I/O pins.
Of course the "up to" is important in that some will "disappear" when you enable various higher priority functions (e.g. a UART that will override the I/O function).

I use this TTL2USB adaptor. It has option to select 3.3V or 5V TTL voltage.

Sorry, I did the post in wrong thread.
