Hi every one,
I have a STM32H743VI which pin 24 (PA2), 60 (PD13) and 76 (PA14 which is programmer SWCLK pin) are connected to the GND pin.is that mean is microcontroller burnt out.
I have bought it recently and had not used it.
You have baught a bare IC and tested all 100 pins with an Ohm-meter?
Against what? With what method/current?
What is the measurend resistance?
Following ESD protection rules?
