PIC18, TCP\IP and PPP

Hi,
I need some help... I use for my project a PIC18F252 and I want to communicate via internet using PPP, TCP\IP to computer. The PPP connection work very well, but I need ONLY TCP\IP C code. I try the Microchip AN833, but it has MAC and stack control...

Where can I get the code? or
Where can I get information about TCP\IP connection (Connect sequence, Ack, send and receive data...)?

Unfortunatelly the C code it's only on the second volume. But the first one it's the best for knowledge, even if code less.
