PIC16F676 programming error programmer shows all zero after successful programing.

I am confused using winpic programmer with jdm like programmer hardware (its built at home ) in programmer software it detects chip also get program chip but after reading it again it only shows all zeros in buffer area what is the problem with this ? is the programmer is bad or anything else please help me .. i am programming MICROCHIP PIC16F676 with home made serial programmer .. i am waiting someone help.

Maybe you enable code protection option, try to disable option.

In programmer software what you use.

Try to load hex in programming software, check code protection option is off, then program and read uC after programming is finished.
