Hello Everyone,
I am trying to program controller ic PIC16f72 using TL866CS Universal programmer. I have used same code before with another programmer and that was working completely fine. With this programmer showing this error and ic (After programming) not working.

Any suggestion will be appreciable .

You are setting the Fuse bits, but it is not clear whether you are protecting against reading or not. Note that the 'verify after' option is checked, which would explain this error. In general the 0x3FFF (every bits on data bus equal '1') that we se at the above window is what programmer read whenever the Code Protect fuses are set.
