PIC programing with c in MPLAB

I have programing c code i want to build .hex file using mplab hi-tech compiler. So how can i do this. Can anyone tell me step by steps?

u can follow form pdf page no. 25 (doc page no. 21)

but gothrough full doc once.

u can fine .hex file in the proj folder. use fresh folder for proj. so that u can find .hex file easily.
