Please specify what sort of help you need. I am not clear about your requirement.
 

i need a program that will requires a password, four characters from 0 to 9. if the correct password is entered, it will trigger the relay to switch the power for the appliance. for the keypad, A button is for clear(clear a charater to the input password), B button is for enter, C button is for clear all and D button is for the reset of the password. hope you can help me. thank you. :)
