HP Variable Phase Function Generator Model 2034
Servo Analyzer model 401AX

You connect the Phase function generators output to the External horizontal input on the O-Scope. The Phase function generators Reference input gets connected to what?

You have to put the O-scope in the X-Y mode? or can you use the Oscopes External trigger input to connect the phase function generators output to it?

How else can you connect the phase function generators output and reference input to the O-scope or to do other measurements?
