What does PHASE MARGIN of 95 or 130 mean? In otherwords, what does PM >90 mean? Is it ok to have?

it means that you are very far from the sign inversion of the feedback, so it is ok.

Agree with Braski. Generally you talk about phase margin when your feedback loop reaches a gain of zero. You want to maintain some positive phase margin at that point, such that you have "room to push/pull" in your feedback loop.

Having high PM is good from stability point of view, but having huge PM will lead to slow system response which might be issue in some cases.
