phase delay between successive samples

Guys i need some dire help now
is there any way of calculationg phase delay between successive samples in matlab

i mean i put a signal throgh AWGN, channel is only additive, ie no ISI

so no frequency will be changed but the noise will vary the phase of the signal,
now at the output i want to know the phase difference between the samples of my signal

ne clues!

After sampling with I / Q sampler, just compare the phase.
