Hello,

Any PCB fabrication tool kits that I can use to make a hi-resolution PCBs like the ones found in and hand-held devices or motherboards?

What is the technique used for such boards?

I'm not into a mass production of PCBs all I need is to produce one so cost does not really matter to me.

Prefer no chemicals :)

Thanks.

I don't think so! High-end consumer devices have tons of layers, it's not something you can do at home.

There are some websites that have competitive pricing for very short runs (prototyping or personal pcbs) and will give you a professional looking PCB for not so much.

The only way to make PCBs at home with no chemical reactions would be by tooling the board to remove copper. This is done by CNC's usually, so unless you happen to have a CNC machine laying around, I'd rather go the chemical reaction way.

Not without setting up a PCB production line, multi layer press is required, never mind the drilling, plating etc so no you can only create very simple ones at home.
Have it made proffesionaly is the only way.
