cdb to oa
I got confused on PDK conversion from cdb to oa, by using the built-in utility cdb2oa in ic6.1
Does anyone have successful experience on PDK conversion?
I have tsmcN90 PDK, which is cdb format and can not been read by IC610.
I found a cadence migration flow, it says "the first step in the migration flow is to evaluate all skill code contained in the PDK. This can be accomplished by running the Skill Surveyor in IC5.1.41".
But I don't have IC5141. How can I do that?
