Im doing a project on Hybrid CPU/FPGA where i wanted to connect intel atom processor with vertex5 fpga through PCI Express bus interfacing.. I hav no idea abt how to do dat... U ppl hav any details for implementation of PCI express Bus for my project

im new into this things... where can i get basic technical things fregarding PCI Express bus.. im a mtech student doing my main project wherein i have to interface intel atom processor with vertex 5 fpga.. any suggestion.. pls give an elaborate details?
