What r considarations ? what r prequesties for routing multilayer board . After Routing the multilayer board what r documentios to be submitted ?

You're question is too broad, but i think you should start on knowing what your layer stack up you would use. And after routing multilayer board, the only thing that is different would be the layer stack up data, all are same, gerber files, fab notes etc.
