PCB Manufacturing Process

Hi those how are intrested to share or know more about the PCB manufacturing are most well come to post there views here.
Further I am Intrested to start up a PCB manufacturing & prossing firm in small scale ,
for SINGLE sided ,Double sided, & Multilayer PCB.
I do know the process of SINGLE sided PCB manufacturing process, But I do not know the process of double sided & multi layer process,
How the plated through hole is done ? can any body please tell me the process.I will be thank full to him.

Hi Hynix,

I have some experience doing Double Sided PCBs.
I suggest you look at this site:

Also many sites are found all over the net.
You may start searching for the equipment to use for starting such
a business, such as laminates, etching equipement, processing chemicals,
guillotine, UV source for double sided PCBs..... etc.


I also suggest creating a corner on this site for the PCB processes in general.

One of the problems facing me, in starting such a business is, not
being able to source the required matterials. ( I live in Jerusalem / Israel )
