What print option should I use (mirror, not mirror) for making PCB single layer using photo etching method?

for example :
- components are on top silk
- blue layer is bottom copper

Options:

Hello Ma3ix,
When etching bottom copper patterns you have to mirror them.
With doing top copper patterns they are not mirrored.
You only want the tracks, vias and pads to be visible when printing. You can also include PCB dimension outlines, as this will assist you in aligning your printout with the actual PCB.
Will you be using a transparency or press and peal methods?

Just as a heads-up, you have your two ICs too close together. There should always be a gap between parts, so that manufacturing tolerances don't make it impossible for you to assemble your project.
