Hi,

From what I have seen Sydney is the closest...

I have used Altium since the days of MS-DOS.

Currently designing for medical devices and I am EMC trained (Cherry Clough).

Last test at EMC Technologies in Sydney returned a floored emission result, bar the TFT, nothing to do about that but use ferrite on FFC.

Can do freelance if you're interested.
I have Altium Summer 09.
