Why do pcb connectors such as MBX, QMA , ... have only female type and dont have male?

Actually this is a common trend for RF connector subansemblies between PCB and coaxial cables.
Even the very common connectors as SMA and BNC, are very rare in PCB male version.

This is true when you want to use a cable to connect a cable to a PCB and usually a male cable connector can mate with a female board connector . But in this case we want to construct a board-to-board connection , thus we need a pair of connector with opposite sex; In the other word a male pcb connector plus a female PCB connector.

Hi,

I guess Huber & Suhner has similar ones.

But for board to board connectors you need to adjust for machanical tolerances. So the connectors need to adjust in X, Y and Z direction.
This is more easy with a 3 parts solution than with a 2 parts solution.

thanks, but Huber has only female ones. Board to board connectors are preferable because of these tolerances that they can tolerate for example 1.2mm in MMBX connectors of Huber.

There is a proven professional solution (two connectors + interconnect) that can also tolerate small misalignment errors. Your 2-piece solution is difficult to find because it didn't perform well.
