PCB: 3 point for automatic placing

3 point should be placed in a PCB to be a referene for placing machin

i want to know if this 3 points should be a holl or others

if they should have a particular placement or it is enougth to be non linear

Hi tahtouh,

I think you are asking about the fiduciary marks...you need not have a hole....
Just have it as an SMD pad and solder mask must be opened...No need paste or silk....
There are two types of fiducials Global and Local....You probably need to add Three global fiducials, one at each corner of your PCB.
For Fine pitch components you need to add two fiducials diagnal(optional) to each other....

You only need to place a pad with mask opened......
(Size of the pad varies according to manufacturers).
You can follow 40Mil circular pad and mask opened for 70Mil(Minimum)....
